Fun fact: He’ll tell you his name is just like David, but with an N. He’s been a Bay Area resident since 1996 and lives in Blackhawk with his wife & two sons. Navid has been a CA licensed Broker since January 2003. He’s successfully worked in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, foreclosures, and short sales, with a career as a mortgage broker in residential and commercial lending. Real Estate as a career was an easy choice for Navid. He learned the basics at an early age, working as a clean-up crew for his dad’s flips in the early 80’s - as some would say, it’s in his blood! Navid has a deep level of understanding of what real estate agents face in a challenging market. He is very proud to have become 9th Franchisee!
Navid grew his brokerage from 2 agents to over 160 agents in 3 short years and clearly understands that continuous improvement is required for an agent to really tap their true potential. He truly enjoys helping real estate agents in developing their business and implementing real estate systems which lead to an increase in productivity. A huge fan of Jim Collins, Author of Best Sellers, Good to Great & Great by Choice, Navid firmly believes in the “20 Mile March” and works hard to incorporate this strategy in his daily life.

A 20th-century history buff, Rich has lived in the Bay Area since 1980 except for stints in New York City and Los Angeles. Obtaining his Real Estate Broker license in 2002, he started as a residential mortgage consultant and transitioned into real estate after numerous clients complained about their real estate agents and asked him to assist them in their transactions. His years serving clients has taught him, clients, most value simplifying the home purchase process and reducing the associated risks and uncertainties as much as possible. Rich has two primary business objectives: 1) Assuring that all of his clients have smooth transactions and 2) Assisting Realty ONE team agents successfully grow their businesses and serve their clients. Rich is an alumnus of the University of California – Berkeley (B.A. – Political Economics) and the University of California – Los Angeles (MBA – Marketing). As a past president and current member of the Rotary Club of Walnut Creek and a longtime volunteer math tutor, Rich is committed to public service in order to improve the communities he lives in and serves.

Leilani was born and raised in the Bay Area and currently resides in Danville, CA with her family. She is pursuing a career in the real estate industry and recently acquired her California Real Estate license! Angela is a multifaceted person who has lived in the bay area since the early 80s. She got her degree in chemistry and biochemistry while studying art. She is creative, approachable and endlessly expanding her knowledge. She worked in the pharma industry as a quality control chemist, then addressed the needs of her family while assisting her family's technical support company. Experience in the corporate world and lots of personal real estate experience puts her in the best position to assist at our ROG office.
